1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at beyondbloomco.com or placing an order with Beyond Bloom Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Custom Arrangements

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Custom arrangements require prior discussion and approval of design, materials, and pricing before work commences. We reserve the right to substitute unavailable flowers with alternatives of equal or greater value after informing you. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices for custom orders are provided as quotations and are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash at our showroom. Corporate clients may be offered credit terms subject to a signed agreement. We reserve the right to revise prices without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Thane and select areas of Mumbai. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, supplier delays). Beyond Bloom Co. is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. Delivery charges are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Custom, perishable, or event orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun, and deposits paid for such orders are non-refundable. If we are unable to fulfil an order due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Corporate Contracts

Corporate service agreements are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed contract between Beyond Bloom Co. and the client. In the absence of a signed agreement, these general Terms & Conditions apply. Either party may terminate a recurring contract with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Quality & Complaints

We take pride in the quality of our arrangements. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the complaint and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund. Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Beyond Bloom Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Bloom Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
