Fresh flower notes
- Every bloom is handpicked - real flowers vary naturally in shape, colour, and stage of bloom.
- We deliver in bud, semi-bloom, or full bloom depending on what's freshest that day.
- Your delivery window is our best estimate; fresh flowers and traffic don't always agree.
- Because flowers are perishable, we get one shot at delivery - please ensure someone is available.
- Delivery address can't be changed after dispatch.
- Hand-delivered by our team - not bundled with courier parcels.
- Occasionally we substitute a flower with something equally beautiful if the original isn't available.
